This champagne of rare finesse is made exclusively from the white Champagne grape variety, Chardonnay, which gives it its name Blanc de Blancs.
Blending and ageing: 100 % Chardonnay in Premier Cru. This champagne, produced in limited quantities, benefits from an ageing time of at least 5 years in the cellars. Tasting: The fine mousse with delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies the luminous white gold reflections of the robe. The nose is very light with notes of white flowers and infusion of verbena and lime blossom. The palate, with finesse and lightness, plays on the aromas of citrus fruits and lime.
